Common questions
Where does the data come from?
Continuous observation of the BitTorrent DHT — the decentralised index public swarms announce to — resolved to release metadata and matched to a film/TV catalogue. The full pipeline is on the methodology page.
Are the numbers on this site live?
The public demo and the title/studio/network pages use clearly-labelled illustrative sample data on real catalogue metadata. Customer reporting runs on live data for your titles.
How fast is onboarding?
Reports customers get their first report within days. Dashboard access is provisioned manually after a short call — usually within one business day of your request.
Do you handle takedowns for us?
The platform prioritises and packages the evidence (impact-ranked queues, time-stamped observations). Enterprise plans include priority takedown support alongside your existing agency or in-house process.
Is the collection lawful?
Collection is limited to information the BitTorrent protocol makes public by design, reported as aggregates. We publish no personal information about individual file-sharers.
Can we try it on our own catalogue?
Yes — ask for a sample report. We will run a one-off report on a selection of your titles so you can judge the data quality before committing.
Not sure which plan fits?
Tell us your title count, team size and use case — we'll recommend the right tier.
